- Kansas City is the AFC West favorite at +150, in from +180, after routing Denver 31-10 Monday night.
- Jacksonville’s 34-10 win over Cleveland cut its AFC South price to +150 from +250, still behind Houston’s +135.
- Baltimore flipped from a +105 underdog to a -115 AFC North favorite after beating Indianapolis 41-23.
- New England’s AFC East price lengthened to +210 from +165 after a 13-10 loss at defending champion Seattle.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs are Bovada’s new favorites to win the AFC West at +150, in from +180, after their 31-10 rout of the Denver Broncos on Monday night reshuffled every AFC division futures board.
AFC West: Kansas City Turns A Rout Into The Top Line
Kansas City’s price tightened to +150 from the +180 it carried into Monday night, so new money on the Chiefs to win the division now buys a smaller payout than it did before Monday’s game. Denver, the board’s previous favorite, sits second at +175 after the loss.
The Chargers’ price lengthened to +325 from +210 after a 26-14 loss to Arizona, a defeat that pushed Los Angeles further from the favorite’s tag even though it came against an NFC opponent, not a division rival. Las Vegas tightened to +1200 from +1800 after a 27-13 win over Miami, cutting the longest AFC West price by a third without moving the Raiders out of long-shot territory.

AFC South: A Loss That Did Not Cost The Favorite’s Tag
Jacksonville made the largest move on any of the four boards, tightening to +150 from +250 after routing Cleveland 34-10. That price still trails Houston’s +135, a number that held even though the Texans lost their opener 36-31 to Buffalo. A blowout of a team priced among the AFC’s longest shots was not enough to lift Jacksonville past a favorite that lost by one score.
The board is pricing the quality of the result, not just the record. Indianapolis drifted to +425 from +275 after its 41-23 loss to Baltimore.
AFC North: Baltimore’s Blowout Flips The Favorite
Baltimore’s 41-23 win over Indianapolis flipped the Ravens from a +105 underdog to a -115 favorite in the AFC North, the only team on any of the four boards to cross from a plus price to a minus price. Cincinnati’s price lengthened to +175 from +150 even after a 33-27 win over Tampa Bay. The board still counts the Bengals’ result as a win, but Baltimore’s blowout took a bigger bite out of the division board than Cincinnati’s own victory earned back.
AFC East: One Score Costs New England Ground
New England’s price lengthened to +210 from +165 after a 13-10 road loss to defending Super Bowl champion Seattle in the Sept. 9 season opener, a one-score defeat that cost the Patriots more ground than the scoreline alone suggests. New York tightened to +1600 from +2500 by beating Tennessee 23-10 but remains priced behind Buffalo’s -190, the shortest number on any AFC board.
